An antique mid to late 19th Century Gothic carved oak stick barometer by Chadburn and Sons, Liverpool, the flat top case with scroll mouldings below the large main white enamel dial registers, the carved oak case with chamfered corners to the sides and an octagonal cistern cover containing also an alcohol thermometer, the two part signed enamel dials with twin rack and pinion adjusting verniers, circa 1870 38” x 4” x 3”

An antique English fine quality and very original Rosewood mother of Pearl and brass inlayed early Victorian two-piece wheel barometer, the fine quality cabinet made rosewood case heavily inlayed with mother of pearl all over in the form of birds, foliage and bells surmounted by an ogee style top, the silvered engraved 8” diameter main-register contained within a cast polished brass bezel with bevelled flat glass, the bayonet fixed mercury thermometer with silvered engraved scale, this barometer is in very good condition with no loses to the mother of pearl, circa 1830-1840 37” x 11” x 3”
