Antique Carriage  Clocks Soldano
An excellent carriage clock in a fine gilded Corniche case with thick bevelled glasses on the front, back and sides and with oval glass on top for platform inspection, the beautiful silvered lever escapement with English lever escapement is one of the renowned platforms made by Soldano. The movement has rack strike sounding the hours and half hours on a bell. trademark J. Soldano imprint on the bottom of the platform escapement, The enamel dial has Roman numerals and blue steel moon hands, the best escapements are made by J.
