A very fine quality late 19th century French 8-day gilt bronze and jewelled silver porcelain mantle clock garniture (set), the very fine quality medium size gilt bronze case flanked by two urns sitting on a gilt wood bases, the clock with silvered jewelled porcelain panels depicting farming scenes of land being ploughed, the case feet in the form of sea urchins with silver and gilt gilding, the French 8-day late 19th century signed and numbered movement chiming the hours and half hours on a gong, the silvered porcelain dial with black Roman numerals, circa 1880, the quality of the gilding on this clock set is of extremely fine quality, the gilding has lots of high-lights and is two tone silver and gilt Clock 18” x 10” x 6” Urns 13” high 5” wide
