Antique Clocks A Small Size lovely French late 19th century Louis XVI style three piece white carrera marble and gilt bronze clock garniture the carrera white marble clock case, flanked to the left with a gilt bronze maiden, a cupid to the right flying through the clouds holding a laurel wreath, the white marble base inset with gilt mounts in the form of foliage, the side pieces in the form of two branch candlesticks, the 8-day signed and numbered French two-train late 19th century movement with hour and half hour striking on a bell, the perfect convex white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, the thickly cut pierced gilt hands in the form of foliage, circa 1880, original gilding. 11” x 8 ½ ” x 4”

Antique Mantel  Clocks A fine quality late 19th century French three tone gilded bronze and porcelain clock set (Garniture) by Archile Brocourt, the substantial gilded bronze rectangular case in the form of a castle mounted with three tone gold, silver and bronze mounts depicting trailing foliage, the front to the case inset with porcelain panels depicting lovers signed J.B. Bailly, the high quality French two-train movement signed A*B (Archile Brocourt) with Brocourt type escapement striking the hours and half hours on a gong, the porcelain dial with black roman cartouche type numerals painted with a picture of a castle, circa 1880, clocks by Archile Brocourt are of the finest quality 15” x 10” x 6”

A very fine quality mid to late 19th century French turquoise blue porcelain and gilt bronze mantle antique clock garniture with jewelled panels, the rectangular Louis XVI-style bow ended case with vase surmount above two porcelain pilasters and a painted porcelain panel with two winged putti, the base section with further a jewelled panel together with a pair of side cassolettes of ovoid form with reversible tops to be used as a candlestick holder one way round or as a decorative top the other way above original mercury gilded gilt bronze rams masks, the bodies painted with putti and landscapes on square mercury gilded bases, the French mid 19th century signed and numbered movement striking the hours and half hours on a bell, the 3.5 inch jewelled porcelain dial with cartouche numerals, circa 1880 Clock 14" x 8" x 5"Cassolettes 10" high
