centre seconds bulkhead timepiece, the 5.75 inch silvered Arabic dial
marked with an M below an eagle and the serial number 6699 with an N
below for North Sea (Nordsee), the polished brass stepped case with a
lockable waterproof bezel, this clock is one of six that would have been
carried on board a U-boat, the 8-day going barrel movement by Junghans
with the original lever platform escapement, circa 1942 , Case numbered
