International Guarantee
Guarantee 1 year.

Damage occurring as a result of transport or improper handling is not covered under the terms of the guarantee. Please note the following tips:
  1. You must send the clock well packed and insured to a service centre a indicated. Do not send the pine cone weights. Chains must be secured properly and not tangled or loose.
     
  2. We hold no responsibility for loss or damage during transit. the sender's name and adress should be printed plainly on it. Also include a note as to the nature of the complaint.

This guarantee does not cover:

  1. any problems caused by not following instructions in the instruction sheet, packed with your clock
  2. problems caused by carelessness or rough handling
  3. loose or tangled chains
  4. clogged bearings due to dust conditions
  5. repairs through a third party except authorised service centers

If your clock is beyond the guarantee period, or not covered under the above terms of this guarantee, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be sent, before any repair is started.
