The Ivoreen dial has Arabic numerals and gilt minute ring and is decorated with applied ormolu frieze with bamboos, birds and butterflies and is signed Ritchie and Son, Paris. The “8 day” movement has a 13 jewel silvered lever escapement platform and strikes the hours and half hours on a gong with repeat facility. The backplate has the monogram E.M & Co. Height 11cms only.
