A 1930’s German Junghans swinging novelty elephant clock, the original well
patinated green bronze spelter figure of an elephant sitting on a light
coloured wooden base, supporting an 8-day gilt brass swinging clock with
ribbons to the top, the fine quality German 8-day movement of small size
with pin type escapement, the white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals
and blued spade hands, circa 1880
