19th century cartel wall clock by W Staflunds, Stockholm, the very fine
gilt wood Louis XVI style burnished case with draping gilt mounted
foliage swags to bottom surmounted by a urn with hanging gilt ribbons,
the rectangular shaped late 19th Century French movement by chiming the
hours and half hours on a top mounted bell, the 8 inch convex white
painted dial with black Arabic numerals signed W Staflunds, Stockholm
contained within a finely fitting gilt brass bezel with convex glass,
the finely fretted gilt pierced brass hands in the form of foliage,
circa 1880-90,
