The movement has rack strike sounding the hours and half hours on a gong. Trademark J. Soldano imprint on the bottom of the platform escapement, the enamel dial has roman numerals and blue steel moon hands, the best escapements are made by j. Soldano of Paris and Geneva. C.1850 Size: 6 ½ ” x 3 ½ ” x 3 ”with handle raised.
